First try to reboot (VM or appliance)
after boot try
# ncs status
initHealthMonitor(): can not start DB - check this fixed.
still issue, go to shell see the disk space.
#shell
df -h ( make sure enough space available each path mount)
Try below suggestions :
1. # ncs cleanup
2. Stop the ncs service(# ncs stop) and perform reinitiate database (# ncs db reinit)
3. If the above doesn't work you have to do a fresh installation and restore a backup of Prime if you have one.
Do you have backup ? if so time to re-install and restore from backup.
3.3 is too old, try to Upgrade to 3.4 and 3.7 for better results.
Tried all the listed recommendations, no luck in restoring the system.
Do you know if the DB will be recovered when I attempt an inline upgrade? Or is there a way to export the DB to a new instance?
The AP maps and locations are the most important information I need, the rest i can rebuild if required.
Most of the information stored in DB, if the DB corrupted you can not get any information.
Do you have any backup ? if not contact TAC before you touch anything or you going to loose all information.
