Hi all,
I tried to record a two-hour interview, but unfortunately, every researcher's nightmare was realized and I can only hear my (host) voice and not the voices of other participants when I play it back. I'm not sure why this happened and am desperate to either:
(a) find a fix so that I can hear all audio; or
(b) avoid repeating the mistake again.
The file saved as a .wrf on my computer, but i don't see it saved under the 'Recordings' section of my account.
Any assistance would be really gratefully received.
