Router ISR1 2821 or 2811

Good morning to everybody: A quick question, I have several Router 2800 with IOS 12.4 (24), I want to upgrade to IOS 15.1.4M12, it is possible to do it .. ????, the RAM memory of these routers is 256 MB. Waiting for your answer. Greetings.

Yes, I have couple of those fro my Voice lab; (still have 1 left). I remember upgrading Ram memory to 256 MB to run IOS 15.x. because router did not ran IOS 15 on 128 MB which was original for 12,4
