RV130 - firmware 1.0.3.45 IPsec VPN broken

After upgrading my RV130 router to firmware 1.0.3.45, I can no longer establish a successful tunnel. The clients (Shrew Soft / Greenbow) on Windows 10 connect, the routes are set however, traffic is not traversing the network. I'm hoping someone is able to assist me in getting this to work without having to roll-back this update. Thanks.

Still hoping someone can assist with this problem on the RV130 or let me know if their setup is working as advertised. Also, how do you enable SSH on this router; it's listed as an option in the product specification but I'm not able to locate it via the administrative console.
