Will there be any new firmware version scheduled to be released by Cisco after 1.2.1.5 version for SG220-26 26-Port Gigabit Smart Switch ????

These devices are already end-of-sale. I would not expect any new firmware with new features. Only if an important vulnerability shows up, a new firmware could be published.

If you are overall fine with this model but need a more modern device, the line of Cisco Business Switches is for you. For example a CBS350.
