Shell incompatible on Nexus 7700

I'm attempting to transfer software from a file server to a Nexus 7700 via WinSCP.  I've followed the instructions for a 9K but get the shell incompatible error.  The software is too large for TFTP.  My current IOS is 7.3.(6)D1.

I never tried WinSCP, you can try using FTP / SFTP /  TFTP / SCP from a nexus device - the best is USB Stick.

when you copy from TFTP you can use blocksize.
