if i write this command on this type of switch i get the output i want, that is the clock time, day, month, date and year that the link went down:

#Show interface link

Te1/2                      3 years , 15 weeks, 16 hours, 6 minutes 50 secs      23:45:22  Mon Oct 14 2019
Te1/3                      3 years , 15 weeks, 16 hours, 6 minutes 50 secs      23:45:22  Mon Oct 14 2019

Then we got a new switch C9407R and the same command does not give me the same output, i need the same timestamp info as before, is that possible?

Contact your Cisco AM/SE and ask them to raise a Product Enhancement Request (PER).

Alternatively, raise a TAC Case and ask the TAC agent to raise an Enhancement Request.

Good luck.
