Hello Team,

I have an issue trying to connect a Catalyst C9200CX to the On-Prem Server using CSLU.

The Switch is a C9200X-12P-2X2G with version 17.09.05. It is possible to ping and telnet the On-Prem Server.

On the On-Prem Server, it appears the available Licenses.

How ever, on Switch rt appears the following error message:

SMART_LIC-4-UTILITY_SUBSCRIPTION_LICENSE
    Smart Agent for Licensing Entitlement is in use without subscription Id.

Has anyone has experienced the same issue?

how is your smart License config, make sure you use source interface to reach CSLU Server if you have different routes available.
