TAPI not reporting correct source and destination numbers

I have setup CallN to work with our CUCM installation. I have install the CallN and TAPI application and driver on a server. Everything works fine, except reporting the correct number of the caller and the recipient. I have used the prescribed method of testing the TAPI driver which is using the dialler app. That works fine, but the CallN dashboard is still reporting the incorrect caller and destination numbers. Any ideas on where I should look or how to troubleshoot this issue?
