Trouble: Not working at all CLI Analyzer Windows 10 (x64) - 3.7.0

I have a problem when I connect to SSH or the Console the screen is just black, and I do not see any text.  It works fine with 3.6.8 and does this with 3.7.0 and 3.7.1.

Same issue, thought 3.7.1 would fix it, nope...
