Hi Everybody,
I have installed the following
UCCX: 12.5.1.11001-348
SocialMinor: 12.0(1)-37
After I configure the CCP Configuration in UCCX, with socialMinor IP
it shows the following error
Unable to communicate to the CCP running on the IP address(Hostname) provided. Please check the network connectivity
UCCX can ping SocialMiner successfully.
Do I miss anything?
