Upgrade N3K-C3172TQ-10GT

My C3172 nxos version is 7.0(3)I7(7) current, I will upgrade to 7.0(3)I7(10), last to 9.3(13) is my target version.
I have 2 questions.
1.Should I use standalone file or compact file?
2.I noticed kickstart shoulds upgrade together, but Cisco download center has not list C3172 kickstart file, the model has not need kickstart?
