Upgrading Cisco MDS code from 6.2(11b) to 6.2(23)

I am trying to upgrade my CISCO MDS switch from the version 6.2(11b) to 6.2 (23).

Is it directly upgradable to the target version (6.2(233)) or do I need to upgarde it first to some other version(s) in the middle and then to the target version (6.2(233))??

Please assist on this asap.
