- check the client is not receiving the same IP address from the Cisco appliance that they have received from the local network/wifi router. example - 

local ip address 192.168.1.10

vpn is assigning 192.168.1.10

-MacOS: DNS server IP vpn and the one you have manually entered in network adapter settings
