Recover CCNA certificate

I had cleared my CCNA certificate on 27 jan,2012. I have lost my certificate and need it urgently. I only have my score report.

Please help.

it expired long back, i am afraid you are lucky to get you to need to renew your cert every 3 years, if not they expiry, try CCO account with perarson

if you have not renew CCNA since 2012 by taking any Cisco exam at same or above level, then it has expired now.
