Cisco C819G-4G-A-K9 GPS Configuration

I can't seem to get the GPS service to work on our C819G-4G-A-K9.

I can get the unit to display up to 5 Satellites with their respective elevation and aziuth, but SNR is always 0, and the GPS state always lists "GPS acquiring".

I've tried many different locations and also antenna configurations..

Any suggestions??
