Hello, I have tried to connect a brandnew Cisco headset, model 560, with smartphones (iphone 11 and Samsung A8), via a bluetooth connection accoording to the instructions given in your office manual.
After having pushed the bluetooth button on the cisco multibasis twice to activate the bluetooth signal, I was nevertheless not able to receive that signal on neither of the above-mentioned smartphones.
Can you please give me advice how to sucessfully establish the connection between these devices?
