We have 1000s of 504 and 508G in service off our IP PBX. When one of our users conferences on our IVR, so the other party can enter digits - no dtmf passes. Does anyone have any idea what settings to change on the phone?
This is used to collect credit card info without our users asking for the card number, instead letting the customer enter their card number by using their keypad, when prompted by our IVR. This isn't a trunking issue.
