Our VPN seems to be operating in only one direction.
Currently we are able to ping clients but are unable to remote desktop to them and make lync calls to colleagues within the organisation from the vpn client. VPN users are able to have full network access as required and are able to rdp to desktops at the main sites. It looks like the vpn is one way but the traffic routing and packet trace look normal. We are seeing normal traffic passing both ways on the firewall log.
The first SYN in tcp handshake seems to work ok, the SYN-ACK is either delayed or not sent, we can't effectively troubleshoot this as it uses the ipsec tunnel. Your help would be much appreciated. It was working fine until we switched internet provider but other ISP services are fine - internet, dns. I also ugraded the asa - I can't see any bugs with 9.6(3)1 though
