Hi all.
There is error when trying to get config files from Broadworks.
My group name is SergeyKhim-Grp1.
I'm using Identity Device profile of type "Ascom - Device profile".
There are various configuration files available.
When you try to download it, you get HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error (cisco.com)
Examples of links to files, it asks for credentials but returns 500 error after entering:

Quickly reserved and tried with file http://broadsoftsandboxxsp.cisco.com/dms/Ascom/dectusers.xml.
Still NOK but this is a new error.
So, now error 404 displays when trying to get config files from Broadworks: HTTP Status 404 – Not Found
500 error is not reproducible.

Did you add profile or the user and set the profile password?

Yes, I added Identity Device profile of type "Ascom - Device profile" and set custom credentials for it and used those credentials for test.

Rebuilded the profile ..Can you please try again.. If same issue try to rebuild the profile for user and then try ..

Now I obtained this file.
I will continue to setup my system as usual and write here if something similar happens.

As i am able to check that your account for the user is disable ..will try to resolved that..

Resolved the disable error for the user, please use default credential for user (The credential provided the time of reservation). And please don't use wrong password multiple times as it results in account disable.

Now it's working for all 3 users that I have, i.e. u9736722681/u9736722682/u9736722683.
