Sorry for late reply, Please reserved a new group and try again ...It should works now. 

Quickly reserved and tried with file http://broadsoftsandboxxsp.cisco.com/dms/Ascom/dectusers.xml.


Still NOK but this is a new error.
So, now error 404 displays when trying to get config files from Broadworks: HTTP Status 404 – Not Found

500 error is not reproducible.

Did you add profile or the user and set the profile password?

Yes, I added Identity Device profile of type "Ascom - Device profile" and set custom credentials for it and used those credentials for test.

Rebuilded the profile ..Can you please try again.. If same issue try to rebuild the profile for user and then try .. 

 

Now I obtained this file.

I will continue to setup my system as usual and write here if something similar happens.

Found one more similar thing.

XSI phonebook is not working when using BroadworksSip Basic Authorization scheme.

It gets 401 response when searching.

 

See attached PCAP traces, use http filter.
But seems it works if download phonebook content via Web browser.

Resolved the disable error for the user, please use default credential for user (The credential provided the time of reservation). And please don't use wrong password multiple times as it results in account disable.  

 

Now it's working for all 3 users that I have, i.e. u9736722681/u9736722682/u9736722683.
