I started the sandbox and received the email with the connection details. I installed the X-Lite softphone and populated the account details as described in the email. The softphone cannot register. There is no response to UDP SIP REGISTER packets. When the software tries TCP, the handshake is complete, but there is no response to the TCP SIP REGISTER request.
The output window in the sandbox tells me:
Network: broadsoftsandboxxsp.cisco.com
When I do an nslookup on this address, I get 64.103.37.40.
However, the email I received tells me to enter 64.103.37.43 as my outbound proxy. This is the IP that is broadsoftsandbox.cisco.com resolves to.
The phone does not register to either address.
Am I missing something?
