Create users as host or One Attendee as host?

Hi, I am planning to buy 10 hosts for our learning management system. The scenario is  - our tutors will create courses and they will be conducting live sessions as host to their attendees (maximum 10 parallel sessions (courses).

What would be best practice for Tutors as host from followings:

1. Create users (tutors) with privilege host? We have about 20 tutors and hence in this case we have to delete user (tutor as host who has conducted and done with course) and create new one when another tutor (who was not in list of 10 created earlier) who has to conduct course.

2. Keep all 10 users (hosts - host01, host02....host10) created. Create attendee with role as host for tutor - each time when a new tutor starting a course.

In our case - Tutors as host are always temporary - only required during course session.

Hello,

     It is proper form to have a separate named account for each individual. You may want to look in to discussing the ports option with your sales representative or WebEx account manager. The ports model allows for unlimited host accounts, but limits the number of simultaneous connections.
