We are planning to build an online tutoring web application. We need to develop audio function (VoIP, I guess?), white board, screen sharing functions in this web application. We want to know:
(1) What is the approach to implement these functions/features? Any reference articles?
(2) What is the best API/component kits in the market now (performance, how easy to integrate, ect. vs price)? Their pros and cons? Any review articles?
(3) How long will it normally take to complete those functions/features for one developer?
