How can I test Webex event/training/support

Hello,

We have used the XML API to integrate Webex meeting center to our platform.

now we have extended the integration to support also Webex event/training/support center

my question is how can we test it? is there's a trial/sandbox environment we can test against?

Greetings! The XML API covers all of the Centers available on a WebEx site. Wherever you test your Meeting Center code is also where you will test all of the other Centers.

We tested meeting center with our own WebEx system. We don't have the other centers available (i assume we didn't purchase those products, just the standard WebEx). Is there a cloud env we can use for testing? What we need to check is if our connector is able to pull recordings from those centers.

Hello again! At this point, I'd recommend contacting your WebEx Customer Success Manager (CSM) to see if they can get you a dedicated test site (BTS site).
