Hi WebEx Community,
Can someone point me to a document on how to permit a NOC Monitoring system to extract some of the data noted below
Can I pull information using SNMP Reads, SSH, SFTP, API....?
The monitoring system would receive the data and populate dashboards related to usage, active accounts, meetings in progress and more..
The goal is to populate the data in dashboards for our 7x24 NOC.
Any suggestions appreciated!

You should be able to pull most of that data out and input it into your monitoring software with a custom middleware solution using our XML API.

I'm working with a company to create a dashboard related to WebEx realtime and historical statistics. I'm gathering information and sending it back to the consultant to assist with our custom dashboard.
