Can someone point me to a document on how to permit a NOC Monitoring system to extract some of the data noted below
- Active accounts
- Meeting(s) in progress
- List name of WebEx conference in progress by name
- Detect if SSO/Shibboleth is up or down
- Statistics on audio usage
Can I pull information using SNMP Reads, SSH, SFTP, API....?
The monitoring system would receive the data and populate dashboards related to usage, active accounts, meetings in progress and more..
The goal is to populate the data in dashboards for our 7x24 NOC.
Any suggestions appreciated!
