Locally hosted Bot is not working.. can anyone plz help me?

I've hosted a Bot locally and it was working fine until yesterday. Now when I try to launch the Bot and execute the commands from Spark, in my the (command prompt) console I could see that the Bot is not receiving the commands which I entered from Spark room. But when I try to run the nodejs files which are responsible for individual commands (ex. node command.js) from my console, it's returning desired output of the command in the console. The only problem is that the communication is not happening between the Spark room and my Bot and this happened all of a sudden. Any help is greatly appreciated.

FYI,

I'm using ngrok for tunneling.

I tried resetting the tunnel URL, regenerating the Bot access token. Nothing helped.
