Apologies for the delay. This is a limitation of the API, it does not send emails with the iCal attachment. Technically, you could probably develop your own solution since iCal is a standard and there are likely libraries out there to do just this, but it would involve at least an additional API call (GetjoinurlMeeting/GethosturlMeeting) and likely some reference back to your integration to build the email to send with the iCal attachment. If you chose to go this route, you would not send the email from WebEx, but from your integration. Hope this helps.
