Hi,
Can we use webex cloud connected audio or TSP to offer both the audio conferencing piece but also the web and video conferencing piece as well?
It's there any way to bundle any of these offers with CUWL Pro?

Hi Kamran,
Like other Cisco WebEx products, it offers real-time collaboration tools, including document, application, and desktop sharing, annotation tools, full host control for effective meeting management, an integrated participant list with active talker, and video switching, recording and playback. This product utilizes high quality video, so the video sharing experience is crisp and clear.
In addition, mobile users can attend and participate in meetings from their iPhone and iPad.
When the number of users sharing video in concurrent meetings reaches this limit, the remaining users invited to
the concurrent meetings can join the meeting but their video windows will be grayed out.

Thanks and Regards,

HI Kamran, You can use CCA or TSP to deliver the integrated audio experience within a WebEx Session. The data(web conferencing) will remain on the Cisco WebEx Cloud. You should have an important number of audio minutes to consider CCA. It will make economical sense if you, or your customers consumption exceeds 1.5 million minutes a month. Otherwise, it makes more sense to use TSP audio. I would recommend a deeper dive into Cloud Connected Audio to understand all the implications and considerations. Cheers, Miguel
