Enterprise Chat and Email data handling on agent side

I am new to Cisco Chat and Email. I want to know that is there any way to generate an event on agent side while we submit the customer info in Enterprise Chat and Email chat form and initialized the chat.

Actually I want to pop up a message on agent side (finesse). When I call the chat initialized request method on client side there will be a pop up showing the customer info that a customer filled in Enterprise Chat and Email chat form.

I have searched that but can’t find something helpful all I get are only those methods that handle the client side only.Is there any method of API that I call in client side and event(pop up) will generate at agent side.

let it be a simple showing a pop up message on agent side while calling a method using java sdk library on client side
