Hi,

  I have created a Cisco FMCv BYOL based virtual appliance. On the serial console , i am not able to login with
  user = admin
  password = Admin123 

  Can someone please help ?

If you have not changed at the time of setup, that should work.

Log in using admin as the username and the password for the admin account that you specified when you deployed the VM. If you did not change the password during deployment, use Admin123 as the password.

If lost the password here is the password reset like any other Linux password reset as below :

This is a brand new FMCv deployed as virtual appliance in AWS.
Why was the admin/Admin123 not working  ? I went via serial console to the virtual appliance.
Did not change any default password when going via AWS marketplace

Not sure what went wrong :

as per the AWS market place the process same.
