Hi All,
I have deployed umbrella with Virtual appliance for on prem users and roaming users for proxy services for users using anyconnect umbrella module. Basically i have created separate Security category, Content and Application category for one Standard policy of DNS and WEB for all users and it placed above Default Policy.
Want to make Default policy should be most restrictive or no access at all from it (blocking all things from it). But when i do so my All users got impacted instead of they are in Standard Policy . Please help me here

Hi,
It sounds like your users are still hitting the default policy. I recommend confirming that your users are hitting the intended policy. If you have one of your users go to http://policy-debug.checkumbrella.com/ it will provide you a link to the dashboard to show exactly which policy is being applied. It will look like https://dashboard.umbrella.com/o/{org_id}/#/configuration/policy/{bundle_id}

Hi adamwin,
I have checked that and also tried policy tester for DNS Policy it shows it going through intended policy but making any changes in content and application category of default policy blocks everything.
Im also not getting it what making it issue

Hi sv7, I recommend opening a support ticket at this point. It's going to be tricky to figure out via a forum like this. https://support.umbrella.com/
