How to prevent admin account from deleting Umbrella Prosumer?

Hello,

I had my dad install OpenDNS Umbrella Prosumer installed on my computer with his Cisco account. However, I learned that it can be uninstalled if you're an admin on the computer.

I know this can be fixed by removing admin privileges from the account. However, I was wondering is there a way to prevent an admin account from uninstalling OpenDNS Umbrella Prosumer?

For example, instead of using the admin password to uninstall the Prosumer, can you instead require the Cisco account password that is linked to the computer (in my case, my dad will have to enter his account password in order to uninstall Prosumer).

A local admin will always be able to remove any software that is installed or running on a PC. Even if the installation was password-protected, the files it depends on could be deleted or moved to bypass the software.
