We have been battling the issue of Windows 10 2004 update removing the “User Guid” under the profiles list which is what the OpenDNS remote client uses to identify a user when off site. This has been an continual battle with trying to get support to fix. Do you have any suggestions or has OpenDNS talked to Microsoft letting them know this is what you key off of for the user identity? Any direction would be nice as it's creating a bit of an issue with 20,000 clients intermittently working. Onsite they run under the VA and everything works fine. We have implemented AOVPN however when that isn't communicating the Student/Staff member isn't able to get to sites they are supposed to get to because Umbrella doesn't know the User ID. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
