Hi,
1. my Lenovo laptop motherboard die and they replaced it for me.
2. This required a system restore.
3. While windows is installing it get a screen label "Welcome to Cisco" (This is where I'm stuck)
So it reads "enter your Cisco email" I didn't have one so I went to dataadvisor.com as indicated under the text that read "Need help?"
I created a cisco account, but when I enter the associated email address and click on "next" button.
I get a message "We didn't find that email address in you organization. Use another email address or contact your administrator."
Do I need to associate my cisco account to something? Windows won't continue to install unless I have a valid user or I "Sign in with a security key"
Can anyone tell me what I'm missing or need to do to continue?
