hi Team, can you please confirm how these C1-SUB type of subscriptions can be renewed? Is it by buying new at the end of the initial term in CCW?

CCW-R does not allow these type of products to be renewed. Please confirm if partners should use CCW for renewals.

First of all, you don’t/cannot renew the individual PID lines so please do not try.

The high level SKU for this ECS OFFER is C1-ECS-IAAS  and the process would be to simply purchase C1-ECS-IAAS net new again.

I would recommend considering a longer subscription duration for cost savings AND I would suggest requesting to use the SAME Contract number from the original purchase maintaining support continuity
