How does CloudCenter support VMware templates

I'm talking here about actual templates, not VMs with snapshots. How do I reference a template in my image mapping, or can I?

Requirements for mapping VMware Templates:

  • Must be a virtual machine template
  • Can't be a snapshot
  • Does not matter if the VM that was converted to the template did have a snapshot
  • Must be in the “CliqrTemplates” folder
  • The Image mapping must refer to the actual name of the template, without the reference to a snapshot
  • Must select "Full Clone" at deployment time, or else CloudCenter may throw an error about not finding it.
