Dear people,
I refer back to bug "CSCvf91342", wich says: "Jabber 11.9 throws invalid voicemail credentials popup for user with no voicemail access."Jabber keeps telling me that, even tough i got a voicemail profile or not. I didnt have the Voicemail UC service on my user before installing 11.9 and reset Jabber serveral times. I dont think the workarround for that bug helps me with my problem.
Maybe someone has an idea.

The bug is still open, your options would be to go back to 11.8, or open a TAC so they can associate your case to the bug in order for the BU to know how many users are being affected by it and fix it, specially if the workaround doesn't work.

On 30-NOV-2017 Cisco Jabber Version 11.9.2 was released.
But the bug is still open. :-(
