I have CUCM, IM&P and CMS server (publisher and suscriber)
When a user evrywhere in the country wan to access the conference, they should dial a special GSM number ABC
The GSM operator route call on number ABC on my CUCM server
So when this number are routed to my server , it should arrive directly on the CMS conference bridge
Then the user get the message : welcome to the cisco meeting, please enter the meeting number and the password
Then if you enter the correct meeting number xxx and correct password meeting yyyy you get access on the meeting
Then from the conference room, a user can call and intagrate other GSM or PSTN user
How can I configure it ?
Please advise
Thanks in advance

You can just configure your call routing to reach the CMS' IVR and perform customization of the IVR if necessary.

You need to understand call routing in every single element of this, the GW, CUCM and also CMS for outbound calls, there's not a single doc that will tell you how to configure this as per your dial plan and needs, if you're unfamiliar with the configuration your best approach is to engage a local reputable consultant with UC experience or a local Cisco partner WITH voice specializations so they can assist with this, as well as the IVR customization if necessary.

Never worked with CMS, but I assume it’s linked with CM via a SIP trunk. If so how are a translation pattern to route the call to it? You’d need at a minimum a route pattern that points to CMS to pass any calls to it. For sure your TP might be transforming the called number, if required, and passing it on to a CSS that sees the RP. But you have not given enough information about this for us to be able to know that.
I going to repeat what Java wrote, if you don’t have the know how for this your best option is to engage with a reputable Cisco partner in this arena of specialisation.
