We lost the login/password to access the Prime License Manager. Is there any way to recover, or get into the system, perhaps with Cisco TAC help?

hi,
if PLM corresdential with CUCM :
use license management list users; to list the user and then to reset the password use - license management reset user password
the above command will only change the password for the license manager.
