When using 32 bit Jabber correctly syncs with the AD and pulls the Display Name and is searchable. When using 64 bit, Jabber only pulls the User Login info in place of the Display Name, which for us is just a 7 digit number @ our domain.com. Does anyone have any suggestions?

My generic question here is whether you changed the jabber-config.xml file or not? By default - on both x86 and x64 to my knowledge - Cisco mapped the name shown to mailAlias not something useful.

Also you can check what information you're pulling out of CUCM as a AD, in CUCM you can go to System > LDAP > LDAP System there you can see what is the "LDAP Attribute for User ID" that attribute should match the one that you have in the xml file
