Advising External Contacts That IM's Contain Confidential Information And May Be Archived?

When in a WebEx meeting, if the session is being recorded, all participants are made aware that content typed into the Chat or Q&A window, as well as voice, is being recorded.  That notification is done via the red button and 'Recording' text at the bottom of the Content Viewer:

How does Connect/Jabber handle this?

When it is important to an organization's Legal Department that external contacts are notified that the content of IM's is confidential and may be logged/archived, how can we notify the contact of that fact?  Has anyone found a way to push/automate or customize some kind of messaging around this?
