Hi team,
could please someone explains me if there is some dependency between the instant messaging on IM&P and RDP (Screen Sharing Protocol).
My customer doesn't want to allow users to have chat anymore but wants to continue see presence status and use screen sharing.
We noticed that when 'Enable Instant Messagin
g' is disabled on IM&P, screen sharing (via RDP) stops working and we need to activate BSCP.
But BSCP has two problems:
- Remote control is not supported.
- Screen sharing with a CTI phone controlled by Jabber is not possible.
Is there another option to disable chat and still have RDP working?
