Alert received from prime for Unity authentication fails

Dears ,

I have received many alerts from prime telling about authentication fails in unity 

can any one please tell me what the cause of these alerts ? what is the action from the user generates these alerts?

Hi there

This looks pretty much like a login authentication error. You can check with the user id (could be an admin or voicemail user) who tries to login. Every login failure will be recorded and marked critical. You can change the waterlevel mark settings in RTMT

it was that one user tried to login from cisco Jabber outside the corporate and this is not allowed.
the alert was sent by Prime .tuning this in RTMT will affect the Prime assurance ?
