Amout of time available Jabber client?

Hello,

Is there any way in IM&P or CUCM to see the time an user has been available (green) on any of the devices he has signed in? Can we control either in CUCM or Presence the amount of time must pass for an user before it goes to "absent"? (I know I can do it direcly in the client).

Hi Heriberto,

Yes this can be set, you'll need to configure that in your jabber-config.xml file - for more info on that see this great post - https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/106926/jabber-config-file-generator 

You can set the following in there;

Set Status to Away when inactive

Set Status to Away on OS Lock

Minutes of inactivity before setting status to Away

This is not the FULL question. The question is to display on jabber client for how long has being on any state.

There is no way to display that on the client (and server side that  is not tracked), you'd need to submit a PER on that.
