Hi All,
I want to ask about IRP Design in CWMS 2.0
At our customer site, there is a policy that from DMZ(using IP public) subnet cannot access the internal network subnet.
And i am going to deploy IRP, which in the server planning guide said that both IRP real IP address and Public virtual IP must be on the same subnet.
Because of the company policy, can i use a different subnet between the Public and the Real IP address of the IRP?
Thanks,
Helmi

Hi Helmi,
Take a look at the Planning Guide: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/collaboration/CWMS/2_0/Planning_Guide/Planning_Guide/Planning_Guide_chapter_01.html
Here you can find all the available options for deploying CWMS with IRP.
Here you can find info about the Networking Changes needed: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/collaboration/CWMS/2_0/Planning_Guide/Planning_Guide/Planning_Guide_chapter_011.html
I hope this documentation will be of help.

Hi Dejan,
Thanks for your help.
as per networking topology design, maybe i use " Installation with Manual Deployment, Public Access, and a Split-Horizon DNS "
but the requirement said :
in the 9th point. can i use a different subnet between webex site URL ( Public VIP address ) and Real IRP IP?
Thanks

Hi Helmi,
Public VIP must be on the same subnet as your IRP IP address.
