Regarding Attendant Console Advanced version 12.0:
The Presence integration section has changed from the previous version.
There are now some extra fields to be filled in.
Under Presence Management, in the Connectivity section, there is a user@domain field.
What user do we enter here?
I tried using my own, and I am able to successfully test the connection.
But should this be a service account or what?
Also for this setup, I had upgraded from CUACA 11.0.
It looks like the CUPS Plugin service is no longer used.
Is that correct?
The CUPS Plugin Windows service does not start, and the file/folder referenced by the service no longer exists.
But no mention about it in the docs - at least none that I could find.
Are we supposed to just disable the service?
Thanks

The Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced Presence Server requires a Cisco Unified Communications Manager End User to be able to connect with and interrogate the relevant Presence Service provider (IM&P or WebEx Messenger).
Go through the section "Preparing Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Unified Presence"

Thank you. I (obviously) missed that.
Exactly what I was looking for.
