audio only ad hoc conference initiated by host dial in

Can a host initiate an aduio only conference by dialling a webex call in number without putting pin and user id ? The other participants are then dialled out by webex as soon as the host has dialled into the call in number. Can webex do that ?

Not that I have seen CWMS now can do blast dial out though

thanks Skilambi, Blast dial out is what I need but it should be trigerred by the host dial in. So Blast dial out by itself will not work for me.
