Current Environment:

Jabber 10.6.4 Win, Testing Jabber 11.5

WebEx Messenger, Cloud deployment

IM/P only, no voice/video

Been dealing with an issue since we first deployed Jabber last March. Is there a way to "Enable AutoSave" on Jabber-Messenger? I've found docs/release notes online with instructions for On-Prem/CUP, but nothing for WebEx-Cloud.

I've tested everything, including dissecting the config xml file to include this parameter with a TRUE value and results still fail. Maybe a better question would be, has anyone with Jabber Cloud/Messenger ever been able to get AutoSave IMs working?

Any insight or input would be greatly appreciated...

(Currently have a WebEx case opened with Cisco on this as well...)
