I want to dial a number through jabber with an API instead of client. when I checked Web SDK from CISCO, I can see those are Javascript files to enable the thin client. If there is any DLL/SOAP available so that I can utilize those to create my own API to initiate the dialing. Please note I don't want to have a voice or video call but to dial a number from my API. I already have the script ready in CISCO jabber to handle the call once the dial is initiated.
